Good Frday and Easter Sunday are reflections of each other. Without one event the other does not have the significant meaning it was meant to. I used a sunset to reflect 'life' as the background. I used a darker contrast and upside down perspective for Good Friday since the world was mourning the loss and the state of life before Christ. Then Easter Sunday life found purpose and the sun rose at it was intended. Concept art sends a message outside of asethetic purpose. It's important to capture more than just a good looking piece of art.
